I am the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Netpeak, a Ukraine-based digital marketing agency. We help businesses achieve online growth and build their brand.
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve headed the copywriting, social media, usability, and marketing departments, and have worked with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to multinationals.
Not only that, I’ve co-founded two social ventures — the MyCity platform and the 4City space.
I also host the Telegram channel «Sad But True», in which I discuss my experiences managing people and businesses, as well as the podcast «This Is for Work».
In addition, I oversee the majority of Netpeak’s internal and external activities, create video scripts, and organize a variety of projects and events. I perform strategic activities for the growth and scalability of the company while directly managing a staff of 40 individuals.
My current focus is to share my knowledge and offer marketing consulting services to Netpeak agency clients.

Since October 2014, I have been engaged in the marketing processes of the agency. I grew a team from 0 to 40 people, set up a vast number of processes, revamped the blog, launched the Netpeak Cluster project, and together with the team, significantly increased the number of agency clients.
