I am the co-founder of the digital agency Netpeak and the founder of the B2B marketing agency BASE.
Since 2007, I have worked my way from copywriter to CMO: built copywriting, SMM, and usability practices, developed products and teams, and set up marketing from scratch.
I helped create projects important for Odesa: the social platform "MyCity" and the "4City" space.
I run a Telegram channel about managing people, business, and self-management. I also host the podcast "This Is for Work", where we discuss weekly news at the intersection of technology, marketing, and business.
I oversee internal processes and most external activities at the agency: I teach, produce, set strategy, and scale projects.
I speak at conferences, publish in industry media, and work as a fractional marketing director for clients who need a system, not chaos.
I spend what I earn on travel and family. I am a Warhammer 40K fan, I have a wonderful daughter, and a tattoo on each arm.
